About
A native North Carolinian, JoJo Spallone brings a unique blend of financial expertise, design savvy, and deep community ties to her role at the Taylor Agostino Group at Compass. With a background in both private and mortgage banking at Branch Banking and Trust, JoJo offers clients a well-rounded perspective on the financial side of real estate transactions—allowing her to guide buyers and sellers with confidence and clarity.
She later led special projects at EagleBank, including the EagleBank Bowl and the bank’s U.S. Open golf sponsorship. JoJo’s professional experience is matched by her longstanding commitment to service. She has served on the board and advisory boards of Fair Chance, a DC nonprofit supporting underserved youth and families, and played a critical role in growing Families4Families—an organization that addresses food insecurity in the DMV—where she continues to serve on the board.
After many years with the Taylor Agostino Group, she has fully hit her stride—guiding clients through every aspect of the buying and selling process. With a sharp eye for design and a passion for maximizing a home’s potential, she helps sellers identify thoughtful, cost-effective improvements that highlight a property’s best features and resonate with today’s buyers.
A proud Chevy Chase resident, JoJo is deeply involved in the community and an active member of the Garden Club of Chevy Chase. She lives in the neighborhood with her husband, Robert, and their two sons.
