Bunny slope operates three lifts that are basically conveyor belts running up the mountain, along with a learning area for children ages 3 through 14. This resort in Pennsylvania is the tallest and largest of the resorts within a two-hour drive from DC. With a vertical drop of 935 ft and 23 trails, these slopes are also lit for night skiing. Experts can play on three advanced runs on the back side of the mountain with a lift. Beginners will like the long, sidewinder trails, which features a consistent pitch. A learn to ski area is also available to beginners to hone their skills.
