Little Italy Baltimore is hosting Madonnari Arts Festival this weekend. Beginner & professional artists alike will create extraordinary chalk paintings on South High Street. Restaurants in Little Italy are also sponsoring indoor/outdoor music, dancing and theater performances throughout the three day event! The theme this year is Freedom!
